As a breakthrough leader you will focus on strategic projects to scale and grow our Medical business through enlarging our addressable market for Medical mold sales, improving our go-to-market strategy, identify new revenue streams and leverage our global operational competitiveness.
Projects are cross-functional in nature and have high visibility across Husky and the leadership team. You will report the Vice President Medical.
This role can be located in either Dudelange / Luxembourg, or Diessenhofen / Switzerland.
You will partner with the business leader to drive large and complex assignments that require cross-functional cooperation.
You get the opportunity to lead transformational enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
You apply a structured methodology to; manage project teams, achieve milestones, produce quality deliverables and business outcomes.
You identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance, and work with business leaders to develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns and roadblocks.
You develop go-to-market approaches to create simple, lean and digitally enabled processes to maximize revenue streams throughout our medical mold lifetime.
You create competitive and breakthrough solutions by seeing what is ahead and identifying trends that will be critical to growth.
You will build team member mindset to support a culture that embraces constant change in order to continually learn and grow
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Additional Business degree or similar would be considered an advantage.
Several years` work experience in sales strategy/business development role, driving top line growth.
Cross functional project management.
You are willing to take on new challenges, take calculated risks, make tough decisions and can go out on a limb for something you believe in.
You have a high sense of accountability, a strong will to succeed and a demonstrated desire to learn

You are an excellent communicator and can demonstrate thought leadership in presentations to senior leadership.
You are a team player with exceptional stakeholder relationship skills, working at all levels in the organization, and with the ability to solicit input, influence and support decision making.
