You like frequent guest contact, and want to be very "hands-on" , basing yourself behind the front desk or in the lobby most times. As a General Manager, you must be a self-motivated and dedicated leader who can manage your team, WHILE WORKING ALONG SIDE THEM, with integrity, honesty and knowledge, while promoting the culture and values of our Company. You are fluent with hotel operating cost ratios and hotel financial statements. You should be the "jack-of-all-trades" hotel management professional who can manage the details of front office, housekeeping and maintenance. In addition, it is important that you display excellent communication skills, as well as a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
