New Family Practice, CareXus Clinic, need Medical Office Assistance for full time.

Qualifications:

· Completion from a Medical Office Assistant program. Diploma Preffered

· 2-3-year experience working in MEDCIAL OFFICE

· Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.

· Experience in using EMR, MED Accesses. (will be tested)

· Ability to take initiative and to exercise sound judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.

Responsibilities Include: All the Common responsibilities of Medical Office Assistance.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, always ready to help patients
  • Computer knowledge including MS Office
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Quick learner, Proactive
  • Can speak Multi language Punjabi will be acid
  • Booking emailing and taking payment, Answering phone
  • Filing and Scanning Records
  • Billing and Managing 3rd Party Claims (WSBC, MSP, ICBC, Private Insurance)
  • Managing Exam rooms and treatment rooms
  • EMR billing
  • And MORE

Salary commensurate with skills and experience. Full-time position includes Medical Benefits.
