What We’re Looking For
The Manager, Business Operations is the first point of contact for regional pricing queries and approvals, and is responsible for creating and enforcing best practices around deal structures that adhere to company policies around Discount and Margin targets.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Enablement this multi-disciplinary role calls for a technically savvy person that is equal parts: pricing analyst, business process analyst, change agent, information architect, and cross-functional collaborator. They will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product, Service & Support, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure improved commercial performance across all business units.

What You’ll Do
Act as the first point of accountability for regional pricing requests and deal review.
Draw insights from pricing, deal structure trends, and make recommendations to senior decision makers.
Create and implement alternative and innovative pricing strategies and structures based on specific solution sets being sold, that fulfill the customer’s requirements, whilst maximizing profitability for SOTI.
Develop robust partnerships with Sales leadership, Strategic Alliances, Product Management and Services & Support teams to review, prioritize, and expedite complex deals.
Maintain SLAs on deal turnaround times.
Support execution of the weekly Drive Plan sessions, by driving forecast accuracy through the implementation of opportunity management and reporting best practices.
Provide input to the annual and quarterly target setting process.
Facilitate a steady flow of communication and feedback between Sales and other functional teams, and deliver best-practice business processes for Sales
Experience You’ll Bring
3-5 years Sales Operations experience within a commercial tech industry including forecasting & reporting.
Has a strong commitment to excellence and is customer service oriented.
Experience in a dynamic Sales environment with cross-regional exposure.
Has previous experience of (S&OP) Sales & Operations Planning or (IBP) Integrated Business Planning methodology.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
