Why is this role important?

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be making an impact directly on our fast growing team by hiring the best and brightest to help grow our ecommerce business. This role will focus on the hyper growth of our technology teams including Software Development, Site Reliability Engineering and Data Science. There will also be an opportunity to work with other groups including Product Management and Design.

In this role you will partner with hiring teams to develop and implement recruitment strategies including identifying new and innovative ways of identifying passive talent, building and advocating our employer brand, building internal and external relationships and collaborating across the organization on special projects that will elevate the Talent Acquisition practice. What You'll Do

Talent Attraction- You will identify and utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent at all levels. You will develop proactive and inventive solutions to meet our team’s hiring needs. You can provide recommendations on new tools and resources to best support our growth
Full-Cycle Recruitment - Conduct interviews to assess candidates; provide hiring recommendations; provide support and counsel to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Implement and advocate for best
Relationship Building - You will develop and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs and determine optimum sourcing strategies. You advocate and encourage an all-hands on deck approach to hiring.
Consult- As an expert in recruitment, you will provide feedback and recommendations to both the candidate and hiring manager regarding strengths and development opportunities, with the goal of selecting the most qualified candidate.
Offers of Employment- Manage the job offer process, including negotiation and offer recommendations.
Tracking- You will use our ATS, Lever, to track information throughout the hiring process as well as share and collaborate live with hiring teams and colleagues.

What You'll Need:
5+ years' corporate in-house recruitment experience within the technology space including Software and Mobile Development, Site Reliability, Data Science and Product
Strong understanding of “leading market” sourcing and recruitment techniques and methods; effective at identifying and sourcing passive candidates; strong direct sourcing. Familiarity with Boolean search strings.
Ability to effectively manage a corporate portfolio consisting of 20+ vacancies/requisitions at one time
Well developed advisory skills; effective influencing and conflict resolution skills. You are proactive and can provide recommendations to pivot strategies when needed to ensure success
Tactful and diplomatic; demonstrates discretion and business acumen; able to work with diverse personalities and work styles
Adaptable and proficient at prioritizing work
Strong communication and effective negotiation skills
