Job description
We are looking for motivated and experienced Bud tenders to join our team at Century Cannabis. We are a new upscale Cannabis retailor in the heart of Downtown Toronto. As a bud tender you are responsible for providing excellent customer service as you will be representing Century Cannabis at the first point of contact with our customers.
Cannabis is our greatest passion. We want our costumers to feel welcomed, looked after and leave with new knowledge and a good “tell me your best customer service experience” story that they can use later!
Responsibilities:
- Assist and educate customers in making product selections and help customers find the best products to suit their needs.
- Provide excellent customer service while manage any concerns.
- Educating customers on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.
- Handle cash, debit and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support with completing tasks and duties within the store as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum age 19 years old or age as specified by the provincial government
- Experience in Cannabis required
- Can Sell certification required
- Criminal background check required
Work remotely
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week
Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
