Job Description
Under the leadership of the Officer, HR Shared Services utilizes corporate systems to perform general office procedures and collect data for the Pay Equity project.

Job Responsibilities
Below are the main job requirements and responsibilities for the Clerk, Support Data (Pay Equity).

Compile and process information following pre-established guidelines.
Review corporate system data (including hard copy records) and compile employee salary and service history in a Corporate system with precision. Maintain accurate and up to date information as required.
Working knowledge of corporate systems as well as corporate software.
Ability to read data and compile letters, reports, spreadsheets. Ability to accurately update data tracking software and upload documents.
Retain personnel files in a secure fashion and keep employee data confidential.
Job Responsibilities (continued)
Prepare and distribute corporate mailings ensuring that recipients receive it within the established timeframe.
Pickup, distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
Order and maintain office supplies.
Able to work effectively within a team. Effective verbal communication skills and ability to escalate issues or concerns to team lead as required.
Coach new project resources on procedures.
Qualifications
Education

Completion of secondary school according to provincial standards or equivalent (GED) is required

Experience

No previous work experience is required
Other Information
Bilingualism in French and English is required.

Two 1 year term positions with the possibility of permanency or extension.
