Job Summary

This role is to manage a small, multi-disciplinary team. This position is responsible for the planning, communication and execution of all guest services-related to the objectives of the property. Work closely with the Housekeeping Department for Rooms Inspection so as to maintain all cleaning and amenity standards for the resort. Aid with the development and implementation of the Activities program for all guests.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff
  • Manage daily operations and agents within the Guest Services Department
  • Communicate and coordinate tasks with Guest Services and all other resort departments on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Respond to guest concerns and inquiries
  • Ensure departmental operational policies and procedures are up to date and being performed
  • Ensure that activities flow smoothly and guests are on schedule
  • Inspect Rooms to make guest ready for check-in

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education requirements: Hospitality or Business Diploma or 2 years equivalent experience in a hospitality environment
  • Language requirements: Must be fluent in the English language

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
