What you'll be doing
Focus on organizations in the private sector with 1,000+ users, headquartered in the United States.
Navigate large enterprise companies and build relationships with all key stakeholders.
You will work with named/existing accounts and need to develop new accounts as well.
Team up with the industry’s best Sales Engineers
Be at the forefront of a major industry shift as we help organizations move to the cloud and provide a service model.
Work with Cisco/Broadsoft account teams.
Identify and solve customer issues every day.

5+ years of experience in a mid-market sales role with an emphasis on services and software
Consistent track record of exceeding quota
Achievement orientated: you are confident and have a Winner’s attitude. You understand that "every champion was once a contender that refused to give up” (Rocky Balboa).
Account planner: you excel at mapping the opportunities, identifying the key stakeholders, and understanding the purchasing process of your customers.
Creative and solution driven: you have extensive experience and ability to match customer needs to solutions. You understand that the sales process needs to be a win-win for us and the customer.
Active listener: Listening is the most important skill of the most important thing in every relationship. Nothing creates understanding better and faster than listening. Nothing destroys quicker than lack of it.
Empathetic: The simple skill of empathy is to find out what is important to the other person and make it important to you in a way they feel and value.
Team player: you recognize the importance of working with others and that in today’s day and age, no one can be successful alone.
English communication skills are critical, French is an asset and most welcome.
