In this role, you will:
Process overhead Accounts Payable vouchers
Process expense claims for all employees, including, but not limited to:
Tax calculation
Confirmation of per diem rates
Ensure accurate support (receipts) are provided
Process payment runs
Filing and administrative accounting duties
Review of supplier statements
Assist with adhoc reports
Other duties as necessary

As our ideal candidate,

You hold a post- secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
You have intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
You have demonstrated experience meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
Experience working within databases such as IFS and other accounting software is considered an asset
Experience processing travel claim expenses is considered an asset
You have detail-oriented, have strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem resolution skills
You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to produce quality results in a timely manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
