The Digital Analyst on the Digital Intelligence (DI) team will be integral to fostering a seamless online user experience. As an expert in analytics and eCommerce, the Digital Analyst will deep-dive into multiple data sources to seek insights and answer the big business questions. In this holistic role, you will create revenue-driving business strategies based on analytical insights, and leverage your relationships with key stakeholders to communicate them out.

As a Digital Analyst you will…

Partner with eCommerce product owners, business leads and senior leadership to help determine strategic business goals and priorities, using insights from analytics
Conduct end-to-end analysis projects yourself, or lead larger analytics projects requiring multiple analysts, using data management, machine learning, and/or advanced visualizations
Be an expert in various forms of data sources including transactional data, customer behaviour, and Voice of Customer, using analytical tools such as Adobe Analytics, Excel, SQL, and PowerBI
Integrate multiple data sets, conduct critical analyses, and discuss data and findings with thought leaders throughout the department and organization; put key insights together in strategy documents to be presented to the senior leadership team
Help ensure that all analyses conducted across eCommerce are of high integrity and aligned to a single source of truth
Leverage curiosity, passion, and business acumen to mine data and find opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve the digital customer experience
Have a deep knowledge of business performance, key drivers, opportunities, and successes, and play a key role in regular business reviews
Champion a data-driven culture by supporting the eCommerce department to raise its overall analytic IQ through formal training, workshops, insights meetings, and presentations to senior leadership
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior executives

The experience we need…

University degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Statistics, or related field
2+ years experience completing data-driven analyses to solve business problems and generate revenue within a large eCommerce organization
Experience designing and presenting PowerPoints to senior leadership audiences
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, including fundamental understanding of implementation


1+ year(s) experience working in an Agile environment; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence
Advanced business understanding of the retail and eCommerce space
Familiarity with SQL
