We are now looking for a passionate intern to join our administration team!

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail for the Human Resources department.
  • Enter employment data into computer database.
  • Track and update hourly employee leaves of absence.
  • Assist Managers with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role.
  • Excellence in verbal and written communication skills (both Vietnamese and English).
  • Currently enroll in a program or recently graduate with a business background.
  • Available 2-3 days/week commitment required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
