What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for the overall management of the initiation, execution, control and completion of the FCL technology-related projects, while ensuring consistency with the organization’s strategy, commitments, and goals. As the Senior Project Manager (PM) you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to set deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

You will be responsible for defining the project scope, goals, and deliverables while effectively communicating with key stakeholders.
You will set and continually manage project expectations while identifying risks and implementing the appropriate risk management strategies.
You will perform project closure, which includes but is not limited to documenting lessons learned, developing post implementation plan, define project success criteria.
You will define the vendor/software selection approach and participate in the selection process, participating in steering committee and stakeholder meetings to provide project status reports as required.
You will manage effective relationships with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and project stakeholders.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Information Technology and:
You have a University Degree majoring in Computer Science or related field
You have a minimum of 8+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of project life cycle and execution (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
You’re familiar with project management software, such as MS Project. Demonstrated experience in people management. Working knowledge of various technology systems such as finance, payroll, time and attendance, master data management, retail merchandising systems, and infrastructure related projects. PMP certification is strongly preferred.
