Job Summary

Required Skills & Experience:
Undergraduate University degree with 2 to 3 years’ experience in total rewards, compensation, finance or other highly analytical positions.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong Word and PowerPoint skills.
Experience in compensation survey preparation and analysis.
Experience with job evaluation processes.
Ability to model and cost various Total Rewards components including incentive and sales plans.
Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills.
Knowledge of legislation and regulations pertaining to pay administration across Canada.
Ability to manage and administer Total Rewards programs in both manual and automated environments.
Must be able to work well independently as well as collaboratively with others.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality, utilize judgement, and work with minimal supervision.
