Primary Focus

Accountable for the development and management of a multi-year integrated project plan, spanning all elements of Asset Management transformation across the Enterprise; including interfaces with BU specific project plans
Works with core team members and numerous stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are designed, implemented and supported as part of a broad transformational change program
Responsibilities

Responsible to coordinate and execute integrated planning to meet the EAM Program objectives at the enterprise level and in coordination with BU specific plans
Provide direct support to the EAM Program core team in the development and execution of detailed project or initiative plans, which integrate the long term Program Plan and the in-year Agile Roadmap
Work with the OCM Program Lead to ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement and alignment with the OCM strategy and tactical plans (communications, training, capability development, etc.)
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure all plans are integrated with other interdependent transformation initiatives (Finance, ERP, SCM, etc.)
Monitor resource availability and allocation, and escalate foreseen resourcing issues
Develop integrated plans using MS Project, or equivalent appropriate technology, and track progress
Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in program and project scope, schedule, and cost
Create and maintain comprehensive project management documentation including status reporting
Responsible to provide necessary coordination and support (logistical, facilitation, etc.) in the execution of key EAM Program initiative activities (e.g. enterprise-led or BU-led cross-functional working sessions)
Develop and implement integrated reporting framework and coordinate EAM Program core team in completion of initiative reporting on progress against plans, completed and planned activities, risks and proposed or planned mitigations, interdependencies, etc.
Identify and report overarching unmitigated issues and/or conflicts requiring resolution or escalation to ensure successful achievement of EAM Program
Brings an “enterprise-first” and continuous improvement mindset to the EAM Program
Oversee the interdependencies with other crucial enterprise transformations (e.g. ERP, Work Management)
Engage with a wide variety of internal and external clients, service providers, and stakeholders
Interact with senior level leaders
Support Director and co-workers in all areas of the EAM Program
Qualifications

Related university degree or equivalent technical training
Minimum of 10 - 15 years of related experience
Exceptional understanding of project management fundamentals
Exceptional facilitation, communication and presentation skills
Strong relationship management capabilities and must be comfortable dealing with front line to senior leaders
Must have demonstrable Microsoft Project experience
Ability to demonstrate initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making within scope of responsibility
Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive and complex issues with sound judgment, tact, and discretion
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Highly adaptable, resilient, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong general computing skills including proficiency with MS Office suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to work in Calgary; relocation is not provided

Preferred:
Preference will be given to applicants with multi-disciplinary experience (Projects, Process, OCM)
Strong ability/desire to demonstrate leadership and take initiative
Proficient knowledge of Sharepoint, ELink, and Teamsites
Understanding of process and content design methodologies
