Our client is a leading fashion retailer. We are currently looking for ambitious and dynamic individuals with retail management experience who have a passion for fashion, enjoy personal selling and who are customer service oriented, to fill the position of Assistant Store Manager . This position places full focus on organizing to deliver exemplary customer service. This position is also second in command on the retail store team and is designed to prepare individuals for the next step as Store Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Passion for fashion, personal selling and customer service.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ of supervisory or management experience.
  • Proven leadership and passion for coaching and developing others.
  • Ability to create a positive work environment where team members learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative on an on-going basis.
  • Embraces Company programs; acts as a change agent to ensure directives are met.
  • Open to feedback and implements change in a timely manner.
COMPENSATION:
Excellent base salary - commensurate with experience, bonus and benefits. Salary and bonus can run high forties into the low fifties.
