COMPENSATION: Competitive Salary Negotiated Based on Skills & Experience

Duties of the Manager include:
Performing administrative duties such as filling out and filing rental agreements and various forms and keeping them organized by suite number
Providing excellent customer service to our residents and prospective renters to enhance customer satisfaction and increase property reputation.
Advertising and showing suites
Scheduling and conducting Move In & Move Out Inspections
Serving notices or forms to tenants as required
Regular cleaning of the common areas as well as the grounds
Landscaping maintenance including shoveling walks in winter and cutting the grass in summer
Coordinating visits from service people and signing off on work when completed
Maintaining regular communication with the owner and providing regular updates
Responding to tenant complaints and completing maintenance concerns in a timely manor
Collecting rent and completing bank deposits
Inspecting building equipment regularly
Enforcing Rules and Regulations for the building
Being available after hours in case of emergency
Having knowledge of and enforcing the Residential Tenancy Act
Answering company phone calls and responding to email messages in a timely fashion
Preforming minor repairs with in suites and in common areas
Making recommendations to owners regarding preventative maintenance

Skills required:
Energetic and have good people skills
Organized and be good with time management
Ability to multi-task, working independently at times
1 or 2 years of Property Management experience preferred but not necessary
Team player who is resourceful and results oriented
Basic computer skills including use of Microsoft office is preferable but not necessary
Must take pride in maintaining building to a high standard
Must have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Must complete a Criminal Record Check
The ability to perform repairs such as patching and painting, repairing stoves, faucets, etc is a definite asset
