Kwantlen Polytechnic University is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of Manager, Institutional Research. The Manager, Institutional Research, is responsible for management and coordination in the development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of University-wide primary and secondary research, including survey research, new program feasibility assessments and environmental scans. The Manager is also responsible for overseeing the development of the annual Accountability Plan and Report.

This role reports to the Associate Vice President, Planning and Accountability. Reporting directly to this position is a Research Analyst.

The ideal candidate will possess a Graduate degree in an appropriate field, including courses in social science research methodology, statistical analysis, survey design and administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Evidence of active professional development through courses, conferences, etc. with a minimum five years’ recent experience in research, preferably in the BC post-secondary environment. Leadership or Supervisory experience is preferred.
