Customer Success Marketing Specialist

Our Customer Success Marketing Specialist will excel at working with our clients to achieve incredible results.

You will work closely with the pre and post sales team to identify client needs, train, run nurture campaigns and directly engage daily to ensure our clients achieve success. It means you will work directly with clients on their campaigns on Google and Facebook. You will use our AI platform’s analytics, and in conjunction with our clients, help them harness the insights and predictions to create better and more optimized ads.

This is a hands-on role, you will help create copy, advise on images and “unpack” insights so our clients understand how to engage with AI to be better marketers too.

We need someone who:

  • LOVES engaging with marketers and advertisers at agencies and brands
  • is comfortable being provocative and delivering consistently to encourage urgency and highlight differentiation
  • can think outside the box, be analytical and imaginative
  • is comfortable with metrics on Google and Facebook platforms
  • impresses all with excellent communications skills (English mandatory)
  • self manages multiple customer engagements on a daily basis

Your skills include:

  • MUST be experienced in creating and optimizing ads on Google and Facebook platforms
  • excellent presentation and communications skills over web/phone with a strong ability to listen
  • self-motivated and driven to excel and succeed
  • 1+ years’ experience at an Agency company or Brand as a marketer
  • bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Sales or a similar discipline desirable

The role offers flexible work arrangements and hours and remote options. Part-time to start is an option. Our clients are located globally so you must be able to self-manage your schedule to accommodate.

The initial term is for 3 months, we expect to make the position permanent with the right candidate!

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: $35,000.00 /year
