Our Maple location is presently recruiting for Service Advisor (Afternoon Shift) to join our dynamic team of customer minded professionals. If you qualify for this position, we will be happy to hear from you.
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for interacting with our customers and providing exceptional customer service. This individual will identify and schedule our customers’ vehicles and service needs. You will assign work to mechanics and monitor the flow of work in the Service Department. This position handles all customer concerns regarding vehicle repairs and advises customers of recommended maintenance.
This shift is scheduled for afternoons Monday-Thursday 3:00 pm to 2:00 am, with one Saturday a month
Rate is between $18.00 and $22.00 per hour, dependent on experience
