Working knowledge/experience with SOX/404 is desirable.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Finance department provides world-class expertise in managing the company’s financials to maximize long-term earnings, cash flow and shareholder return. We are at the heart of the strategic planning and financial goal setting process: pro-actively analyzing our financials, reporting exceptions and opportunities, enhancing controls and providing decision support to management as well as all of our business functions. We combine financial know-how, attention to detail and expertise on processes and operations to continuously drive profitability and growth.

In your role YOU will assist in establishing a risk assessment model, define, change and implement the department’s plan and strategy. YOU will perform analysis to identify risk and test internal controls in all areas of the business. YOU will be counted upon to provide advice and recommendations as necessary to strengthen internal controls, to ensure that company standards are met in order to protect company assets and support the creation of efficiencies.

You will also be a sought out advisor to the organization to consult on a multitude of special projects, business processes and organizational change. You will help identify opportunities for improvement and recommendations for innovative and cost-effective solution across the business.
