Apply to be the new Customer Program Manager for our Modern Workplace and Modern Devices Business which accounts for over 60% of our total business. This individual will leverage deep understanding of the SMB Customer Experience and evangelize near and long-term opportunities to maximize revenue impact from both the end-customer and through partner motions.
This individual will be a sales leader, leading all sales engines that fuel the Modern Workplace and Mondern Devices business. This role is for an individual who enjoys working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can build your solutions and make an impact.
Drive the overperformance of Modern Workplace and Modern Devices within the SMB segment – through the focus of Customer Acquisition and sales leadership across SMB sales engines
Drive modernization of the offering by managing legacy routes to market, offering, etc.
Lead with a One Microsoft approach, to ensure the success of all three clouds and devices
Customer needs / solution area depth:
Provide a deep product knowledge of the Modern Workplace and Modern Devices solution areas as it relates to SMBs
Exhibit a deep knowledge on the small to medium customers’ needs and challengers that Modern Workplace and Modern Devices will address
Customer Acquisition and Sales Execution:
Identify, design and execute tactics to increase market share of Modern Workplace and Modern Devices within Canada across all the routes to market
Leverage deep understanding of the local SMB market, examples would include micro verticals, channels and customer needs, to open up untapped markets
Identify and incubate new routes to market across Canada
Lead the sales engines that drive modern workplace and modern devices
Lead the execution of individual tactics such as offers or promotions to drive increased customer acquisition
Drive execution excellence across all routes to market to optimize for customer acquisition within Modern Workplace, and where possible supporting the other three clouds (example leads distribution tactics)
Drive analysis of the customer and sales data to provide insights and correction of errors
Supplement global customer intelligence (CloudAscent) with local insights to identify local customer plays and optimize demand gen efforts
Execute on global data driven projects within the Canada - (CloudAscent)
Establish a deep alignment and strong collaboration with the Canada Business Group to execute on the all up Modern Workplace strategy
Work across all Canada SMB teams (Central Marketing, Business Group, One Commercial Partner Go-to-Market & Build) to drive an end-to-end execution plan for Modern Workplace
Drive the execution against multiple projects with different teams at the same time to manage
7+ Years of experience in Sales or Marketing
A strong candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years:Product marketing
Small Medium Business sales experience
Modern Workplace solutions or similar solutions preferred
7+ years of experience in a business or related field.
Experience in communications/ sales excellence/ marketing/ technology preferred.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills are critical to success in presenting to senior management and in representing strategy to stakeholders across the subsidiary.
