Be the first to work on a brand new project with North America’s largest real estate team located right here in Toronto. You will have the opportunity to be an integral part in the customer’s journey and experience of education, searching, seeing & buying a home with the Condos.ca/Property.ca team. The Inside Sales Representative is the front line “voice” of the company, i.e. the first person that speaks with our potential new customers. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative will interact closely with Customers by responding to contact and information requests received through various customer touchpoints. You will be the first contact point for many customers, deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for a long term customer relationship.

Responsibilities:
Growing your funnel of new customer opportunities or identify lead nurturing and conversion opportunities
Effectively turn prospects and marketing qualified leads into opportunities and sales qualified leads by filtering them through different criteria
Making a difference for all early prospective customers by responding to inquiries and guiding them along their decision journey
Being an Ambassador for Property.ca/Condos.ca by providing customers with a top-notch experience
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance customer experience
Identify and respond to marketing qualified leads generated through various digital channels promptly and efficiently
Be well versed in all active marketing and advertising campaigns in the markets we serve and responding to campaign related queries consistent with established position and message
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including outstanding telephone presence
Expert ability to serve as a service advocate for the client, acting as a bridge between client and marketing, building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition.

Hours & Job Requirements: 30-40 Hours per week with a flexible schedule. Some evening and weekend hours may be required as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
The ability to manage both telephone follow up as well as online enquiries regarding real estate related questions.
Real Estate License completed or in progress is mandatory for this position
Business Focused Degree/Diploma Post-Secondary Education is a Plus
3+ years in a customer service industry
Self-Starter
Strong Phone Presence
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
