We are looking for a proactive self-starter who isn't afraid to suggest new approaches and is always focused on driving results. As the Marketing Programs Manager, you will play a critical role in building awareness and driving demand for the Messagepoint platform. You will work closely with marketing and sales to develop innovative demand generation campaigns and lead nurturing strategies that weave together multiple marketing disciplines to drive qualified leads through the pipeline. You will also manage the core marketing systems that are used to deliver, manage and measure the effectiveness of those campaigns and proactively suggest how to recalibrate campaigns and approaches for greater success.
Work closely with sales and think strategically to create demand generation programs that enable the team to meet quarterly lead and opportunity generation targets which may include: email, online/digital media, direct mail, sponsorships, and advertising
Support the execution of regional ABM programs with emphasis on identifying net new business opportunities within enterprise level accounts
Manage the lead database and develop lead nurture programs to advance leads through the pipeline
Measure, assess and report on all marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI on a monthly and quarterly basis
Manage all tracking, reporting and measurement of programs within Salesforce and other marketing program tools including marketing automation, prospecting management, etc.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree required in Business or Marketing; advanced degree in Business, Strategy or Marketing preferred
5+ years of related marketing programs management and demand generation experience, ideally for a SaaS organization
Proven ability to learn a software solution product's value proposition and articulate that value in order to drive both effective marketing programs and work the booth at events
Proven track record of building marketing programs that work to drive demand for sales
Strong project management skills and attention to detail, including proofreading skills to ensure exceptional execution
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage marketing reporting processes
Experience managing leads and campaigns in Salesforce is essential
Experience managing data, demand gen and lead nurture programs in marketing automation platforms is essential
Experience using LinkedIn Navigator, LinkedIn marketing programs is essential
Experience creating campaigns within Salesloft or similar prospecting solution will be considered an asset
Experience developing prospecting databases using ZoomInfo, DiscoverOrg or other database systems will be considered an asset
