This position maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through timely equipment service including repairs, planned maintenance, installations as it pertains to Institutional Warewash and Laundry equipment service. This position is based out of our Barrie location.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support for service repairs and new installs of Institutional Warewash and Laundry equipment
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot for equipment repair
Service experience an asset
Responsible for working safely and ensuring accurate and timely installation of equipment
Completion of all scheduled service orders based on service procedures in a timely manner
Managing your territory to ensure service calls, Planned Maintenance repairs, and emergency repair, are completed in a timely manner.
Adherence to Swish Health and Safety Policy including Customer site safety procedures and protocol
May be required to perform after hours’/weekend emergency service repairs
Reports to I&L Supervisor
Clean Drivers abstract
Previous experience with dish machines and laundry dispensing equipment an asset
Trades, certification, general knowledge of plumbing, drains, solenoids, pumps and dispensing units
Ability to do basic math, problem solve
Interpersonal skills to communicate with customers, staff and suppliers in a pleasant and professional manner and handle customer inquiries
Apprenticeship, college required.
