Responsibilities:
In this pivotal leadership role, the successful candidate will be responsible to:

Collaborate with various stakeholders, understand business needs and know how to navigate through diverse domains of applications, infrastructure, privacy and security
Enthusiastically articulate the business story associated with Patient Engagement Managed Services offerings
Initiate and supporting projects required for introduction and implementation of new partners and software features, managing realization across all impacted areas of operations
Analyze and evaluate customer projects, creating business cases to influence and support the decisions; providing industry insight and leadership in coordination with the product team;
In collaboration with the sales and business development team, identify new markets, identify appropriate partners in those markets and approach, Support negotiation and contract with target partners
Support sales teams, sales specialists and product team to advance and win new business opportunities
Respond to RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs: Create proposed solutions with application drawings and related technical materials for presentation to prospective clients
Support the product evolution by providing market feedback to the product development team: enhancements, competitive features, bugs and inefficiencies to the THX integrations products
Support the analysis market research, and competitive research to ensure the product and service maintain a leadership role in the market
Identify opportunities to influence the product roadmap and service development by listening to customers and market trends
Prime various service development initiatives and collaborate with the Customer Technology Office team to launch them in market
Participate in the product and operation delivery optimization
Maintain solid knowledge and expertise in Digital Health Service Management, and Business Management trends and best practices

Qualifications

Required Knowledge:
Product management in a high tech environment
Client relationship management
Process design and solutioning in a complex environment
Familiarity with business contracts and legal terminology an asset

Required Skills & Abilities:
Bilingualism in English & French
Excellent product management skills, supported by proven track record of launching and maintaining complex products
Passion for technology and health outcomes for Canadians
Exemplary leadership & ownership - proven track record leading and delivering large complex projects as the accountable prime
Ability to form and maintain effective cross-functional relationships and time-zone
Ability to define and communicate business, functional requirements
Ability to synthesize customer and market needs, and financially model them in business cases
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities
Demonstrated ability to work independently, perform analysis and structure findings/recommendations for executive audience
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively and work under pressure in fast-paced ever-changing environment
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Ability to collaborate with a wide range of people, including stakeholders and executives in both technical and business teams

Required Professional Designation/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare IT or equivalent experience;
MBA is an asset

Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of product management or IT project management experience
3+ years’ experience in healthcare IT or telecom environment with increasing levels of responsibility
Knowledge of current TELUS or THPS operations, enablement functions, or product development practices is a strong asset
Experience in defining solution blueprints, workflows, sequence diagrams using MS Visio or similar tool
Experience in designing solutions for Health public sector and or Large enterprise across multiple domains – preferably in Digital Health
