Terms of employment-Permanent, Full time, 40 hours / per week

Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend (9:00am to 9:00pm)

Languages English (Hindi & Punjabi will be asset)

Education Secondary (high) School Graduation Certificate

Experience 2 years to less than 3 years

Business Equipment & Computer Applications

MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, Electronic mail and Electronic Scheduler.

Specific Skills:
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures, Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, Address customers' complaints or concerns.

Additional Skills:
Supervise and train other staff, Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review.

Work Setting

Clinic, Physician's office.
