Within CPSS and KM, the PM also has opportunities to contribute to operational activities that improve unit and departmental services and offerings, and support capable knowledge workers in AHS.
The PM applies project management methodology & expertise, effectively facilitates diverse groups, and skillfully engages multiple stakeholders to develop effective and efficient solutions and health services. The PM models project management rigor and shares knowledge to build organizational understanding and appreciation of project management.
