Job Title: Lube Technician, Customer Service Advisor

Division/Department: Service Department

Reporting To: Store Supervisor

Wage: $15.00 - $17.00/hour + Commission

Victory Lube is currently looking for an experienced Full-time Lube Technician. This position requires a technician to perform Transmission, Coolant, Tire, and Drive-line services on customer vehicles, Exchange Filters, Inspect repair and replace tires, provide exceptional customer experience, and provide a 22 point inspection for every vehicle in order to advise customers on current and future preventative maintenance services. Work is assigned by drive-in vehicles and by appointment.


Applicants should possess at least some experience working in a Quick Lube shop or similar Automotive experience. Ideally, the applicant will also possess knowledge in automotive systems and be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

This position is best suited for applicants who possesses the following:

  • Related experience in performing preventative maintenance services on light to medium sized passenger vehicles including oil changes.
  • Experience mounting, dismounting, balancing, installing and repairing tires
  • Automotive knowledge and experience relating to preventative maintenance services
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge and experience inspecting vehicle fluid and filter systems
  • Ability to facilitate technical training and impart detailed information
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and driven to achieve customer satisfaction goals and targets.
  • Proficiency with operating and interpreting computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team under minimal supervision
  • Possess strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Conflict management and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work overtime, off-shift and weekends if and when required
