We are looking for three (3) Grow Technicians to join our Cultivation Team.

Key Accountabilities Include:
Maintain health and all plants at the facility in respect to manager’s request.
Understating about the cannabis starting materials, processing techniques and product security measures.
Catalog and analyze each individual strain from clone to flower to harvest with individual level maintenance of marihuana plants. Cloning and manage vegetative stage with at least a 90% success rate.
Develop and execute irrigation, nutrient supply plans to ensure optimum plant growth and maximize finished product output.
Maintain proper security protocols put in place at the facility.
Watering and feeding of all plants to manager’s request.
Transplanting clones and veg plants.
Regularly inspect plants for pest issues (insects, mold, etc.) and carry out as per management plan.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
Strictly follow all ACMPR and all internal SOPs and health and safety regulations.
Other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Taking clones to meet production batch size and variety requirements.
Grinding and proper disposal of in plant waste.
Temp & humidity monitoring in grow rooms.
Cleaning trays, water lines, hoods, and room for reset.
Assist with the maintenance of warehouse equipment (fans, lights, pumps, meters, etc.)

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
Academic background in horticulture is required
Minimum 2 years experience within the Cannabis/Horticulture industry is mandatory
Knowledge of the Cannabis Act and Regulations
Possess comprehensive knowledge of base strains viz., Sativa, Indica and knowledge of therapeutic effects of strains and types of medicinal administration.
Researched in new techniques and insight to expand knowledge in nutrient needs of individual strains, high yield recipes, controlled stress environments of different lighting systems requirements, moisture level controls, and set ups.
Understand growing methods, including in-depth knowledge of pH, ppm and EC counts.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
