Our Purpose and Work

Green Spark Group partners and provides sustainability consultation to the motion picture industry around the globe. As a distributed team, we work with production studios and film crews on a variety of different projects to help their people make more informed decisions and consistently integrate sustainable practices on their shows and in their operations. Our team live and work around North America and we are now searching for a new Operations Administrator to help our team take our processes and tools to the next level as we continue to grow.

Operations Administrator

Your extraordinary prioritization, organization, and attention to detail will enable you to strengthen the foundation of business operations at Green Spark Group through improvements to our current processes and tools. You understand various internal operations including:

  • Operations Support
  • Bookkeeping
  • Planning and Purchasing
  • Scheduling and Organization
  • Proposal and Communications Drafting
  • Quality Assurance, Copy Edit, and Layout
  • Marketing

Areas of Impact

Through exposure to many areas in the company, you will help our projects complete and exceed expectations by providing support on business operations and executing tasks that support our teams and clients. This position is a great stepping stone for a variety of paths within the organization.

Duties will require effective communication and organizational skills and the ability to work with people in a remote office setting as most work will be done remotely through collaboration platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent note taking skills
  • Excellent copy/edit skills
  • Good organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work, handle multiple projects and meet agreed upon deadlines.
  • Proficient with Canva, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and the Google Suite
  • Proficient with Quickbooks Online
  • Familiar with project manager and timekeeping software (e.g., Asana, Everhour)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $47,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year


  • bookkeeping admin: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Project Coordination: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative Support: 2 years (Required)
