The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Client Solutions Officer to join our Service Center team.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Partner and Client Care the Client Solutions Officer acts as the front-line of the company, projecting an excellent image of Aviso Wealth through all methods of communication with professionalism and friendliness, and provides reliable information regarding a wide range of company products, services and policies while delivering excellent and outstanding service experience to our clients and partners. The Client Solutions Officer is also proficient on numerous skillsets reflective of the business lines and contributes to the overall growth and development of the Service Center.

What your day looks like:
Deliver prompt and courteous service to clients and partners across all of Aviso’s lines of business;
Promptly respond to telephone and written inquiries for product and administrative information utilizing internal resources and systems;
Keep apprised of the continuously evolving policies, procedures, products and systems as well as industry changes that impact the day-to-day functioning of the Service Centre;
Discover new ways to make doing business with Aviso easier;
Investigate account related problems and take the appropriate action to correct such problems;
Communicate and coordinate with other internal departments to ensure exceptional service is delivered;
Continuously provide suggestions for process and product improvement; and
Other duties as requested by Supervisor.

Requirements

Your experience and skills:
1 – 2 years customer service experience required;
Experience in the financial services industry and/or call centre is preferred; and
Previous credit union experience an asset.
Post-secondary education in accounting, business and/or financial administration preferred
Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional service experience;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, both at an individual and group level;
Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills;
Ability to work independently and in a team to ensure problems are identified and resolved efficiently;
Strong analytical and problem solving skill;
Ability to handle difficult client situations, ultimately ensuring resolution of the problem;
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
Intermediate level of knowledge with MS Office Suite; and
Fluency in English required, bilingual French language skills an asset.
Completion of the Investment Funds Course (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.
