Job Description
The Manager consults with business leaders to identify their training/information needs. The Manager designs and produces learning reports that meet these needs.

The Manager manages staff, as well as project teams, to design innovative processes and tools to standardize the collection, analysis, and recording of learning data company-wide using SAP.

The Manager is responsible to design, develop and implement a company-wide program evaluation system that documents the impact of learning spend on the business.

Job Responsibilities
Below are the main job requirements and responsibilities for the Manager, Learning Analytics, Processes and Reporting.

Lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving training effectiveness and management.
Identify opportunities and present value propositions to secure funding for improvements in training technology, planning and/or processes.
Provide strategic recommendations to business leaders for prioritization, budgeting and deployment of learning solutions within their operations.
Develop tactical implementation plans and manage execution of approved training projects.
Develop, document and maintain learning processes, guidelines and tools to create L&D best practices for application across the Corporation.
Provide technology, planning and/or process subject matter expertise to colleagues in Learning and Development.
Job Responsibilities (continued)
Develop and cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and functional experts to build high-performing project teams.
Actively participate in planning with senior team leaders to determine requirements for the future state of the training organization.
Present training and project status reports to the Director and other executives as required, including requirements for budget or resources.
Perform ongoing research through internal and external networks of subject matter experts and relevant industry publications to introduce innovation and best practices.
Motivate teams to a high-performing standard and manage the achievement of functional goals and objectives by providing performance feedback, coaching, and direction.

University degree in a relevant field such as education, business administration, psychology, computer science or communications preferred; Professional certification in instructional design, adult education, performance consulting or other relevant post-secondary education combined with job-related work experience would be considered acceptable


Minimum 5 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: training documentation; learning management systems; evaluation strategy and implementation; organizational development; training reporting and analytics; training planning, scheduling and budgeting; e-learning, informal learning and social media strategies
Minimum 5 years leading teams, managing learning projects or programs.

Proven track record in using impact and influencing skills
Other Information
Bilingualism in French and English is required.
