The Role: The Technical Installation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of all hardware ordered for our clients. The role requires a knowledge in IT specifically in networking, printers and peripheral devices. This role will involve proper documentation, communication with customers and internal staff, troubleshooting and analyzing the situation, and escalating as necessary.

Job Requirements:
Job Responsibilities: Manage the process for all Hardware to be installed succesfully for new Dealers as well as existing dealerships purchase. Monitor Hardware supply and inventory Organization of Technical schedule Determine Hardware requirements for each install Coordination of onsite resources and hardware Work with Dealerships with all Hardware needs for New Installs Manage Hardware Delays / Follow through installation plans on delayed hardware Work with Dealer/Local IT when available Attend Pre-install meetings Limited Travel – will request onsite presence for large dealers/dealer groups Scheduling/Managing Evergreen Refreshes Scheduling/Managing Emergency Technician dispatches Monitor Server Inventory Job Requirements: Previous experience in IT related roles. Solid knowledge of Hardware Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding customer service skills Good organization, scheduling and time management skills.
