Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include answering the phone, scheduling appointments, greeting and assisting clients, and providing assistance in different areas of the office as required.
Skills:
Candidate should be able to handle a multitude of different tasks, pay great attention to detail and have excellent written and verbal skills.
Candidate should have the ability to be productive within a time-sensitive and fast-paced environment, and be able to multi-task, establish priorities, work independently and proceed with duties under minimal supervision.
Requirements:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education from an accredited Legal Assistant program or equivalent experience would be an asset, but we are willing to train.
  • Proficient with computers, particularly Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Salary will be determined based on education and experience.
