The Snow School/Kids at Blue Supervisor will work in cooperation with fellow Supervisors, the Assistant Manager and Manager to manage the Kids at Blue and Snow School Instructors; ensuring that it is run efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of service.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Allocate lessons to Instructors
Ensure Team Leaders have the necessary support to assist you with the operation of the learning center
Payroll submissions and editing
Provide immediate response to product and service shortfalls
Provide staff with on hill support when the opportunity presents itself
Provide staff with immediate feedback when performance issues and good work are observed
Refer to the daily staff feedback when completing the individual pros seasonal performance evaluations
Manage the “Employee and Guest Experience”
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Previous Ski / Snowboard instructing experience
Experienced CSIA/CASI Level II, III or IV
Previous leadership experience
Must be able to work outdoors in a physical role and lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays (Christmas, Family Day weekend and March Break)
Successful applicants who are 18 years of age or older will be required to provide a Vulnerable Sector Check
