Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are looking for an Integration Engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers and projects. In this position, you will integrate, troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.

The Support Engineer typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You will also work with groups in sales, R&D, 3rd party suppliers and local authorities.

As there are no distinct borders between the areas, you will need to be flexible and master more than one area. You will have the opportunity to travel internationally and work in different cultural environments. The technical development is rapid, and you are responsible for continuously keeping your competence and skills up to date.

Working as a support engineer will require a broad knowledge within telecom and Datacom, covering both hardware, software and network knowledge. You will work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson.

You will:
Integration of Nodes into EDA
will configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks
Project Issue handling
Customer Issue handling
Handling of dedicated support
Software Update Management (SUM) handling
Remote Service Gateway (RSG) mentoring

To be successful in this role, you must have:
University Degree in Engineering or Telecoms
2-3 years’ experience
Operations Support System and Business Support Systems
Java Development
Kubernetes
Negotiation & argumentation skills
Planning & organizing skills
Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
Presentation & communication skill
Working with people

L’ingénieur de support interagit généralement avec le personnel technique des clients, les gestionnaires d’opérations, les ingénieurs de service et d’autres groupes au sein de l’organisation de prestation de services. Il se peut que vous puissiez également interagir avec des groupes de ventes, de R&D, des fournisseurs tiers et des autorités locales.

Comme il n’y a pas de frontières distinctes entre les domaines, vous devrez être flexible et maîtriser plus d’un domaine. Il est prévu que vous ferez des déplacements à l’étranger et que vous travaillerez dans différents environnements culturels. Le développement technique est rapide et vous êtes tenu de veiller à l’actualisation permanente de vos compétences et capacités.

Travailler en tant qu’ingénieur de support exigera une vaste connaissance dans les domaines des télécommunications et des Datacoms, couvrant à la fois le matériel, les logiciels et la connaissance des réseaux. Vous travaillerez, collaborerez et communiquerez dans un environnement international, tant avec vos collègues en interne qu’avec vos clients et fournisseurs d’Ericsson. Le poste exige assez souvent que vous assumiez de grandes responsabilités et il est important que vous puissiez travailler de façon indépendante.

Gestion des problèmes de projet
Gestion des problèmes des clients
Gestion d’un support dédié
Gestion des mises à jour logicielles (SUM)
Mentorat des passerelles de service à distance (RSG)

Pour réussir à ce poste, vous devez avoir :
Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie ou en télécommunications
2 à 3 ans d’expérience
Système de soutien aux opérations et systèmes de soutien aux entreprises
Développement Java
Kubernetes
Compétences en négociation et en argumentation
Compétences en planification et en organisation
Fournir des résultats et répondre aux attentes des clients
Compétences en présentation et en communication
Travailler avec des personnes
