January 6th, 2020 If you are a passionate QA who can work closely with our front-end and back-end engineering teams, Operations and Product Management team to test and troubleshoot the next generation of the digital shopping experience. All our QA's are great communicators and it feels like a tight-knit family when you come to work. We are looking for someone who's great at building relationships with different teams in a highly dynamic environment, as well as a commitment to serving the needs of our customers. YOUR IMPACT - Create, design and execute manual test cases and test scripts for functional, system, performance/integration and regression testing for our leading edge mobile application - Debug and troubleshoot software problems to help our engineering team fix issues efficiently - Coordinate all bug-fixing activity with developers and engineering teams - Support application releases and provide input into implementation plans - Create and contribute to all documentation for test plans, test estimates, test cases/scripts - Support and commit to established QA processes, metrics and methodologies - Documenting the testing framework for other QA team members and developers - Ability to manage multiple cases at once and keep your team updated on what's going on - Working within an Agile environment, we pride ourselves on quickly innovating and improving our software, so we can serve our retail clients better - Assist our Operations team in resolving internal and external customer related problems - Reviews requirements, specifications and other deliverables for testability and to assist in scoping the testing effort - Contributes to test strategy, test plans, test metrics and status gathering WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM - Pursuing a Bachelor's degree Computer Science or equivalent experience - 1+ years of software QA experience preparing and executing test cases, scripts and scenarios across multiple browsers, SDLC and technology stacks (web & mobile) - Must have experience in black box testing - Knowledge about web or mobile testing is preferred - Good knowledge of Windows, MAC and Linux operating systems - Knowledge of Relational Databases (preferably writing or running MySQL queries) - Have working experience with an issue/bug tracking system (JIRA) - Familiarity with Agile SCRUM processes - Track record of shipping quality code and delivering high quality products - Highly organized time management skills - you're able to juggle multiple priorities at once - A passion for constant personal growth and growth of others - A self-starter, highly effective working independently and within a team TECHNOLOGIES WE USE:
