Loopio is looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Partnerships to help us scale our business to new heights. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll develop a holistic partnerships strategy, collaborate with all departments, and ultimately launch meaningful channel and technology partnerships for Loopio. Our software platform exists in a large ecosystem of enterprise software solutions with enormous opportunity to drive forward high-impact partnerships — and we need someone in the driver's seat! What You'll Be Doing:
Work with Loopio's Senior Leadership Team to build out a holistic partnerships strategy

Collaborate with the CTO and all Product & Engineering Leaders to identify, develop, and implement meaningful technology partnerships to create more value for Loopio customers

Collaborate with the CRO and all Revenue Leaders to identify, develop, and implement high impact channel partnerships to generate net new ARR for Loopio

Take ownership of the full partnership program lifecycle — development, launch, and maintenance

Work with entire Senior Leadership Team to get buy-in and alignment for all partnership strategies including, priorities, timelines, and milestones

Build a blueprint for the future of the Partnerships function at Loopio, including success metrics, and plans for new team members

Potentially take on special Business Development projects in the future, including: exploring new markets and M&A opportunities

What You'll Bring to the Team

At least 5+ years experience in Partnerships or Business Development within software companies

Strong technical acumen; you understand software systems at a high level, can map out integrations on a whiteboard, and can collaborate with engineering and product leaders seamlessly

Strategic thinking; ability to zoom out and think about all components of Loopio's business and market in order to make decisions

Ability to execute autonomously, but also use sound judgement and ask for help or escalate when needed

Ability to navigate the landscape of large enterprise organizations in order to push forward strategic partnerships

Collaborative mindset; you'll have the buy-in and support of Loopio leadership, but we also expect you to drive alignment across the company for any new strategy you put forward

Extremely strong written and spoken communication skills

Strong understanding of Loopio's ecosystem (e.g. sales and marketing software, RFP software) is a strong asset
