As the Manager of Mobility for Up-sell & Cross-sell Marketing, you will lead a team of marketing professionals whose responsibility is to motivate customers to buy more, stay longer, and recommend TELUS.

You will be accountable for increasing lifetime value through ’4P’ programs that not only satisfy, but evolve customer needs.

Lead, develop, and coach a highly engaged team of marketing professionals
Increase lifetime value through targeted offers, programs and campaigns: add a line, add a tab, value evolution, roaming, data and emerging
Steward large cross-business unit investments that fuel profitable subscriber and account growth
Evangelist of the customer journey ensuring frictionless service experience
Qualifications

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
Strong presentation and communication skills with experience interacting with senior leaders in a large organization
Expert in relationship management and collaboration including the ability to collaborate effectively in situations without formal influence and across geographies
Strong analytical and problem solving skills including business case and financial assessment competency
Demonstrated ability to drive results through coordination of multiple initiatives, removal of obstacles while navigating environment of rapid change
Continuous improvement mentality encouraging “test and learn” and challenging status quo
Motivational entrepreneurial spirit enabling passionate ownership and responsibility for the business
Strong bias to action with the ability to work independently to produce required results
Bachelor of Commerce, Engineering or similar post-secondary degree with a business/marketing emphasis
5-7 years of progressive senior marketing experience in customer base management, analytics and/or a strategic planning role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
Great-to-have
Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
