WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As Senior Manager, Human Resources, you will provide leadership and partnership to Sephora leaders and employees, delivering a spectrum of strategic HR support and programs aligned with Sephora’s strategic initiatives within our Field Support Centre (Corporate Office). Reporting to the Sr. Director, HR & Total Rewards, you will provide recommendations to guide decision-making related to the employee experience. In addition, you will drive efforts and direct activities within the following areas:

Culture, Engagement, and Retention:
Support with the engagement, development, and retention of corporate staff throughout their employee experience
Provide culture/engagement survey and action-planning support
Facilitate succession planning/talent reviews
Coach employees and leaders on policy and procedure applications, employment/labor laws, conflict resolution, and change management to promote a fair and equitable work environment
Manage employee relations escalations & lead investigations
Partner with Compensation to ensure competitive and consistent total compensation for client groups; consult and recommend practices that support Sephora's compensation philosophy
Lead the execution and continuous elevation of Onboarding

Annual Processes

Lead the annual performance appraisal process
Lead post-engagement survey action planning
Lead the Objective setting process
Lead LVMH reporting and compliance efforts
Manage the salary planning process
Manage the org design and headcount planning process for client groups
Partner with Talent Development in Engagement survey setup

Leadership and Development

Manage and develop an HR Assistant Manager
Create the concept and lead the execution of HR Leadership sessions geared to elevate leadership knowledge of practices, policies and available resources

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
8 years’ progressive HR experience in a corporate environment and at least 5 years in a Manager capacity
Experience working with VP-level business partners required
Experience leading and delivering results through others
Prior employee relations experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
Strong interpersonal communication skills, including influencing and ability to encourage innovation
Highly collaborative style. Willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task and exercise independent judgment
Sound judgment and discretion; able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
