Our customer base includes some of the largest corporations in North America.


The Sales & Marketing Associate is responsible to assist in sales, marketing, servicing existing customers and develop new customers.


Marketing – 20% of time:

· Develop, execute, and maintain social media existences daily. Including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

· Website updates monthly.

· Research for markets, products and services fit to the company.

· Develop marketing materials and sample kits.

· Keep customers informed on company’s new developments and works.

Sales – 40% of time:

· Ability to proactively seek out new business opportunities with clients.

· Research through internet for potential customers.

· Conduct presentations to prospect customers.

· Email, call, and visit prospect customers.

· Get referrals for potential customers through industry people and trade partners.

· Attend industry social events for networking.

· Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and referral sources.

Customer Service – 30% of time:

· Backup, cover and support inside sales & customer service representatives.

· Responding to clients’ requests and concerns.

· Maintain fruitful relationships with existing and potential customers;

Graphic Production – 10% of time:

· Backup, cover and support graphic production staff.



· Digital Marketing, Social Media.

· Ability to prepare marketing materials, presentations, and relevant materials.

· Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email and presentation.

· Ability to maintain accurate tailored documentation (i.e. presentations, proposals, brochures, etc.).

· A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.


· Process and Follow Up Orders – Detail Oriented and Organized.

· Prospecting Skills, Presentation Skills, Sales Planning, and Selling to Customer Needs

· Ability to proactively seek out new business opportunities with clients.

· Detail oriented with good memory for lots of information.

· Highly effective work-ethic.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.

Customer Service Communication Skills – (Fluent English)

· The abilities to always use a positive way to communicate, see and turn things to positive.

· Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

· Dedication to the highest levels of quality and ethical conduct.

· Ability to listen to and understand client circumstances and context, and respond with

appropriate solutions.

· Demonstrates excellent communications, negotiation, and customer relations skills.

Graphic Support - (Graphic Skills)

· Basic skill on Adobe illustrator and Proto Shop

About you:

· 1-3 years of previous work in sales and marketing.

· Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, or other digital design tools

· Previous experience in customer service

· Excellent written and oral communication skills
