Enrollment Coordinator - Toronto

Keypath Education Toronto is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to join our team. The Enrollment Coordinator is a new position that was designed to assist both the Admissions and the Records team, responsible for answering initial student inquiries while updating our CRM database in a timely manner. The individual in this role works with our Enrollment Advisors, Admissions Manager, and Associate Directors to ensure all student inquiries are answered, student applications are processed, and student files are accurate and meet the requirements of our partner institution.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Answer initial student inquiries and schedules appointments with Enrollment Advisors
Create a record in our CRM for prospective students’ once application is received.
Communicates to Enrollment Advisors when application documents require correction or additional information
Update and maintains accurate records in our CRM and other essential systems.
Work cohesively and collaboratively with Enrollment Advisors when necessary in order to assist in facilitating prospective student enrollment.
Determine when admissions files are ready to be reviewed
Maintain compliance with all personnel policies and procedures
Ability to come to work and work the regular schedule and shift for the position
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Education: Some college required; Associate degree preferred

Experience: 1-2 years of experience preferred in:
Higher Education
Technical skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point. Familiar with CRM system.

Positive attitude and openness to being coached/trained
Effective oral and written skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Understanding of Higher Education and Post -Secondary Education Sector
