Currently, we are seeking a Sales Associate to join our market-leading sales team. The right individual will be a valued team member to assist and enable a successful, customer focused sales process from start to finish in a specified community. Our Sales Teams hours of work reflect the needs of our customers. The successful candidate must be available to work a schedule including evenings (Monday to Thursday 2:00pm to 8:00pm and weekends 12:00pm to 5:00pm).

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to an Area Sales Manager, the Sales Associate is mainly responsible for the following:

  • Support and enable the Area Sales Manager with all sales transactions and processes
  • Welcome and greet all customer prospects
  • Maintain an active role in all aspects of customer service (setting and managing all homeowners’ expectations throughout the purchasing process)
  • Assist in meeting sales targets and goals
  • Follow up with prospective home buyers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis through multiple communication channels
  • Organize and complete all necessary paperwork and ensure the accuracy and maintenance of customer files and contracts
  • Assist Area Sales Manager in providing projections and reports to achieve monthly and annual sales goals
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in the sales center, show suites and appearance of marketing materials and signage
  • Communicate any customer inquiries or concerns quickly and accurately with the Area Sales Manager and/or Sales and Marketing Manager
  • Additional duties as assigned or as required to ensure our teams meet our customers’ needs

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience and knowledge of real estate is an asset
  • Proven track record of performance and results in a sales role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A team player that is dependable and trustworthy
  • Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with Lasso or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software is considered an asset
