We are looking for a full-time office receptionist/administrator. Your job would be a mix between people and paperwork. You would answer the phones, but that would only be 10% of your job- but you must speak very good English and Mandarin. You will be doing lots of paperwork to help the office run well. We are a RE/MAX Real estate office so your tasks would vary. You would be working closely with one other staff person, but also with 6 other staff at our 2 other Vancouver locations. You would be providing admin support to 200 agents and working closely with the other staff. You must be a good typist- we will test you on this!! If you do not type at least 40 wpm, please do not apply! We are looking for someone very friendly who can also do the paperwork and general admin tasks of the office. You must be able to think on your feet and be able to do a multitude of tasks reliably and accurately. You must be comfortable working in a paperless environment and using the computer. *Medical benefits included.
