We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Fleet Supervisor to help drive profitable growth in Toronto. The Fleet Supervisor will work alongside the Operations Team, and is responsible for the support of all fleet-related activities in the Toronto market, including fleet performance, parking hubs, associates and mechanics, and fleet vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and execute ongoing servicing, operation, maintenance, and repair of the Toronto vehicle fleet
  • Diagnostic decision-making to assess vehicle damages to improve turnaround time and vehicle performance
  • Manage, hire and schedule Fleet Service Associates as needed
  • Support the management of the performance, contract administration, and ongoing relationships with external vendors (e.g. mechanics, parts suppliers, parking operators)
  • Monitor, analyze and modify fleet operations to maximize return on investment and manage costs where possible
  • Identify and lead actions to support field business challenges and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Autzu’s Product Team, Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure internal software and operational support solutions are in place
  • Support the planning and drive the operational execution of local and regional business expansion

Qualifications:

  • Automotive Service Technician certification
  • Problem-solving mindset: Being well-versed getting things done and bring strong problem-solving skills and “roll up the sleeves” mindset to field issue resolution, operational management, and ongoing process improvement
  • Vendor management: you are an out-of-the-box thinker and confident negotiator who can effectively manage the performance of external stakeholders
