We are a boutique firm that provides legal services to our clients in the areas of Corporate, Commercial, Estates, and Civil Litigation. We have one position available for a permanent part-time Administrative Assistant to work the hours of 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm. The successful candidates must speak English, be computer literate, have a good academic background, and have strong verbal, reading, and writing skills. Facilitating in the Cantonese and Mandarin languages is not necessary but would be an asset.
Administrative duties (i.e. answering the phone, photocopying, scanning, filing, arranging appointments);
Taking minutes during meetings with clients; and
Assisting in preparing and organizing legal documents (i.e. Affidavits, Productions, Discovery Briefs)
