We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant- IV to join our Energy and Risk Management team in a permanent position. Reporting to the Manager, Reporting & Compliance, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the Energy & Risk Management team.
As Administrative Assistant- IV you will:
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, manage calendars and e-mail, travel arrangements, office supplies, office mail/package handling.
- Maintain filing systems and SharePoint sites, create, and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations compliance.
- Monitor mandatory training status of the team, ensuring compliance.
- Process invoices for payment and update payroll.
- Liaison with facilities management regarding office space maintenance.
- Assist with financial reporting, variance analysis, budget preparation and updating of Balanced Score Card data.
- Support storm restoration efforts if required.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.

- Minimum of Grade XII education, a recognized Office Administration and/or Business Certificate (or equivalent) and a minimum of three (3) years of experience.
- Proficiency with various software applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, Oracle, and PeopleSoft.
- Detailed-oriented individual, working to a high standard with good judgement and the ability to work with confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills are required.
- You are a team player and possess strong interpersonal skills and are able to work with independence.
