We are a property management company looking for a loyal, hardworking and energetic Building Manager, full time experienced able to complete repairs, maintenance, and administration. The ideal candidate should have experience as a facilities manager, property manager, building maintenance, or building superintendent.

This is a FULL TIME live-in position. If you are the type of person who is a self-starter, motivated, and has a hands-on approach with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision then this role is for you.

You are dynamic and can upkeep facilities, rent a unit, collect rent and maintain the building. You will serve as the first point of contact for resident service requests and you will not shy away from responsibilities that might include but not limit to electrical work, plumbing, heating and ventilation systems.

DEPARTMENT: Building Operations

REPORTS TO: Property Manager

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
Provides support to the property manager in the day-to-day operation at Hamilton/Burlington Property.
