The Fixture Warehouse Sr. Coordinator will be responsible for the coordinating of fixtures, phasing and delivery during all new store, renovations and conversions nationally. The Fixture Warehouse Sr. Coordinator will ensure all best practices are utilized in order to optimize our existing infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
Reconciles receiving slips against purchase orders and investigates all differences;
Audits vendor invoices to ensure accuracy of billing
Completes and files all required forms and reports
Build, validate and ship orders to stores for the Electronic Shelf Label(ESL) Program
Ensures correct products are delivered to the customer on time and in saleable condition
Tracks productivity daily in order to meet/exceed the budget targets;
Proactively handles all documentation
Provides post mortem analysis of business unit programs inclusive of competitive insights
Identify best practices and develop tools, templates and reports as it relates to efficiencies
Accountable for ensuring adherence to the company’s processes and procedures
Responsible for inventory visibility and accuracy throughout the project
Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times. Act as a liaison between the company and your customers and/or community.
Ensure total compliance to the Health & Safety standards.
Ensure that all timelines for each project are met
Coordination and facilitation of phasing with key stakeholders.
All other special projects that he might be assigned.
What You'll Need:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
High organizational skills and ability to multi task
Previous experience with project management
Previous experience with SAP would be helpful
Previous and strong knowledge with Excel would is essential
Previous experience within sourcing and procurement practices
Ability to implement changes
Ability to work in a fast-paced sometimes-unpredictable environment
Ability to lift heavy items(50lbs or more)
